Construction Compliance Inspector

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sample Homes Construction Team as a Construction Compliance Inspector, commonly known as an Independent Quality Controller. This role reports into a Divisional Construction Compliance Manager. The purpose of the role is to ensure full compliance of all regulatory and warranty standards up to completion with reference to our build standards. The role will involve predominantly working on the Company’s development sites and offices with a small amount of working from home when business needs allow.
