Apartment Remediation Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced to join our Special Projects Team. Reporting to the Group Special Projects Director, you will take overall responsibility for managing and delivering our portfolio of complex cladding investigation and remediation projects across Scotland, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Senior Projects Manager You will provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, freeholders and residents. This role is pivotal in driving successful project outcomes, maintaining compliance with current legislation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
