• What have I added to my CV in the last twelve months that I could not have written before?
• Am I still learning from the person I report to?
• Is my employer investing in my part of the business or quietly shrinking it?
• Am I paid within the market range for my title, region and scale?
• Who outside my company knows what I am good at?
